This is PP material bead barel container injection mould, single cavity material use H13 heat treatment, surface glossy, make hot runner--use brand YUDO better for injection more well.
The mould can running on 160-200T injection machine, because do in hot runner so don't have runner material save raw material and injection cycle time faaster 1-2s.
Mould processing by complete steps from design to purchase steel material, first step maching, inspection, precision machining, assemble and test, check samples. The mould steel do heat treatment keep strength and work life.
Operational specifications, regular cleaning and maintenance can keep the mold life more longer. When we make mould also provide extra some quick-wear spare parts for customer, such as O ring, ejector pin, water connector, spring and so on which easy to replace basic wearing parts. Normally after sale is one year after mould delivery, JINQIU provide technical support all time.
