Description:
This is 32mm round anti proof cap for medicine bottle, material in PE. The cap demould system by stripper plate and do in 12cavity. The core&cavity use German2344, mould base standard P20
The mould can be running on 160T injection machine, automatic demould drop cap can save worker cost and reduce cycle time. do in hot runner don't have runner material which cycle time can reduce 1-2s which improve daily output
Mould processing by complete steps from design to purchase steel material, first step maching, inspection, precision machining, assemble and test, check samples. The mould steel do heat treatment keep strength and work life.
Operational specifications, regular cleaning and maintenance can make the mold life more longer. When we make mould also provide extra some quick-wear spare parts for customer, such as O ring, ejector pin, water connector, spring and so on which easy to replace basic wearing parts.
