Description:
This is PE material round shape cap diameter 130mm for 800ml jar, the mould demould by stripper plate, top gate point in cold runner. Cavity &core steel use German2344 do heat treatment which surface HRC touch 48-52°
The mould size can fit for 160T common injection machine, product drop automatically from the mould, also can use auto-robot arm pick the cap and runner from the machine which can save worker's cost and protect cap surface avoid strach, meanwhile improve daily efficiency
Mould processing by complete steps from design to purchase steel material, first step maching, inspection, precision machining, assemble and test, check samples. The mould steel do heat treatment keep strength and work life.
Operational specifications, regular cleaning and maintenance can make the mold life more longer. When we make mould also provide extra some quick-wear spare parts for customer, such as O ring, ejector pin, water connector, spring and so on which easy to replace basic wearing parts.
